Barsha Tamang and Prastuti Bhattari have been working with different ages of students from 2016. Continuously working with the students , they have provided training regarding Public Speaking, Critical Thinking and Team Work for more than 2000+ students inside Kathmandu Valley under the name ThinkInk.
Interested in student development as well as their love for trekking they both have outreached to rural parts of Nepal where they focused on rural science. They Conducted programs which involved hands-on science and innovation. The workshops were to students in disadvantaged schools of Kavre and Dolakha district with an impact on 1500+ students.
Working with girls has always been exciting to them as they also worked as a Sukarmi Leader, an initiative by Roosterlogic for girl empowerment with financial independence. It worked worked on various subjects and issues for 500+people
With all this knowledge, experience and interest from the past many years they decided to take one step further. In 2020 , they got involved in Lokopakar and started working with youths and especially girls. They started Strength TogetHER and expanded it all across Nepal. Likewise, they also ran mentorship programs to students from private and public schools.
